How can I check the status of my order?

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days following the day the order was placed. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Express payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay are available, but will not qualify for discounts or other promotional offers.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Every order placed on ships in a gift box with Gabar packaging. Invoices shipped in all orders do not show order totals. If you want a proper invoice, please contact our Customer Service's team. Unfortunately, for international orders, order totals are usually shown on the outside of packaging as part of Imports & Customs regulations.

What are your shipping methods and policies?

We ship via Royal Mail & USPS (for USA). Shipping and handling costs will be calculated when the order is placed and will be added to your invoice.

We currently ship officially within the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe (Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Poland & Portugal) and now Asia (China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan & Thailand). For all other European regions, please check our Stockist list to see our European stores. If you are looking to purchase from any other country outside of these regions, please email us at . Our team may be able to make an exception and ship individually. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the near future.

How can I get a fragrance sample?

We offer 2ml samples of each of our fragrances for shipping to all current destinations.

What are your returns and exchanges policies?

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, or unworn condition along with all packaging.

Please email within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 14 days of receiving your RA#.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Gabar, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Gabar.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
